About these timings
Sparsha, madhya and moksha are the almanac names of the beginning, middle and end of a grahanam. An eclipse is observed only where it can be seen: if the Moon (or the Sun) is below the horizon in your city for the whole eclipse, it is not observed there. Times are computed from the NASA/JPL DE440s ephemeris for each city's coordinates and agree with NASA's eclipse predictions within a few seconds; the rules for vedha (the period before the eclipse) and the nakshatras said to be affected differ between almanacs, so follow your family almanac or temple for those.
